What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is one-on-one private exercise instruction that involves educating, motivating, and coaching individual clients, helping them reach their fullest potential. Each session is one hour long and consists of stretching, warm-up activities, and strength-training. Specific routines are custom tailored to each individual and may involve the use of dumbbells, machines, physioballs, and dynabands.

Who Can Benefit from a Personal Trainer?

Individuals at all levels of conditioning will experience a greater and more rapid increase in physical fitness by working with a personal trainer. Anyone who is just beginning an exercise program or recovering from an injury should consult with a trainer to develop an effective routine and proper technique (after obtaining a physician’s approval). More experienced individuals can also benefit, especially those working through a “plateau” in their training. If you are bored, unmotivated, or not achieving desired results from your current workout, an experienced trainer can help you realize your health and fitness goals.

RATES AND POLICIES:

Personal training sessions with Yaz on site are determined by location, duration and frequency. Sessions can be scheduled monthly, weekly, biweekly, or tri-weekly depending on fitness objectives and daily schedule.

A full physical and doctor’s approval is required before beginning to train with Yaz. Yaz also has a 24-hour cancellation policy for in-home sessions. There are no long-term commitments and/or contracts. Come as often as you wish and continue as long as you like.
